FABIÁN CONDE BACCINO
Founder and current president of Brickwall Group since 2012, a real estate investment company in the United States.
The investor, born in Argentina, brings over 20 years of experience in management, real estate, and hotel investment in the United States, Central America, and the Caribbean.
He refined the traditional real estate investment model with his innovative Backflipping ModelTM, pioneering its application to hundreds of properties over the last decade.
In late 2021, he decided to establish himself in Costa Rica and founded 360 Invest Costa Rica. According to his own words, his main mission is “to create a path towards successful investment in Costa Rica.”
A graduate in Economics and International Business from the Universidad de la Marina Mercante in Argentina, Fabián is a U.S. citizen and speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
Currently, he resides in Escazú, San José, Costa Rica.
CARLOS PEÑA
Real estate developer and investor in Costa Rica with significant projects under his belt, including condominiums, green developments, and commercial ventures.
His marked entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with deep knowledge of the Costa Rican market, has propelled him to become a recognized figure in the dynamic Costa Rican market.
Carlos holds a solid and diverse education in the business field, having earned a degree in Law University of Costa Rica. Additionally, he holds an MBA from the INCAE Business School.
Carlos is fluent in English and Spanish, and he resides in San Jose, Costa Rica.
Pier Zoffoli

His specialty is providing efficient solutions to companies and individuals, acting as a bridge with financial institutions in the local market.
Throughout his extensive and successful career, he has managed and structured corporate credit portfolios exceeding US$400 million.
He is an industrial engineer graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Costa Rica, with an MBA from the Universidad Nacional de San Diego.
Pier speaks English, Spanish, and Italian. He is an Italian citizen and has been a permanent resident in Escazú, Costa Rica, for over two decades.
ALICIA GUAYAQUIL ANDRADE
An international business consultant, has been developing her professional profile since 2011 in Miami, Florida, and continues to do so with strong business connections in Colombia, where she currently resides.
From Bogotá, Colombia, she has identified and developed numerous investment opportunities in the dynamic local real estate market, focusing primarily on South Florida, Central America, and the Caribbean.
As a member of the executive team at 360 Invest Costa Rica, Alicia also serves as its representative in Colombia.
Alicia is a Systems Engineer graduated from the Central University of Venezuela, speaks Spanish and English, and currently resides in Bogotá, Colombia.
BETTINA MONTOYA
With a successful career spanning over 20 years as a real estate agent in the competitive real estate market of South Florida, Bettina has developed a deep expertise in promoting and attracting clients in Latin America for investments in the United States.
Leveraging her extensive experience, she provides support to American clients interested in investing or living in Costa Rica.
Currently, Bettina serves as the Commercial Director of 360 Invest Group in the United States, providing the executive team with an invaluable competitive advantage in the promotion, sale, and acquisition of businesses.
Bettina holds a degree in Marketing from UADE and is a licensed real estate agent
ALESSANDRO ZOFFOLI
